In ‘To construct, to compose’, Francesco Dal Co, Professor at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura of Venice, tackles the age-old problem of architectural composition. Using the example of the Villa  Ottolenghi by the Italian architect Carlo Scarpa, he shows how the architectural composition is connected with the construction.

In 2006 Francesco Dal Co held the first lecture of a series of yearly lectures entitled 'Designers of the Future'. This series is an initiative of the Wouter Mikmak Foundation in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture of the TU Delft and the Stylos study association.
