MEMORY & MOMENTS / MÉMOIRE & MOMENTS is a publication on the work of Kristoffel Boghaert. This monography includes a preface by Paul Robbrecht, an essay by William Mann and presents 10 projects with texts by Cécile Vandernoot and photography by Kristien Daem, Hilde D'haeyere and Corentin Haubruge.

In 2019, Kristoffel Boghaert was laureate of the five-yearly Pierre Carsoel Architecture Prize of the Royal Academy of Belgium, for his project of the new columbaria, scattered meadows and urn fields at the historic Schoonselhof Park Cemetery in Antwerp. The jury report talked of the balance between a restrained expression and a great sensitivity. This prize was the final push in compiling a book, not only on the long-term Schoonselhof project, but also on a selection of other projects, including the conversion of industrial brick buildings on the Dampoort in Ghent. Besides the foreword by Paul Robbrecht and the essay 'Elemental Landscapes' by William Mann, some 10 projects are described by Cécile Vandernoot and photographed by Kristien Daem, Hilde D'haeyere and Corentin Haubruge. The work of architecture encompasses both memory of time and the concrete moment. Words are taken from memory while an image is a fragment of time. The authors take the reader into their story while the photographers captured moments spread over years and throughout the seasons. These words and images, these "memory & moments" find their reflection in the book.
