Published every year without exception since 1993, the Yearbook of AV Monographs documents, analyzes, and disseminates contemporary Spanish architecture. The current edition collects 24 works completed in 2025, organized in six thematic blocks and selected according to criteria of architectural quality, technical rigor, constructive innovation, and urban relevance.

Four refurbishments adapt historical buildings to the current safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency standards, optimizing their technical and environmental performance. Another four territorial interventions – a railway station, a port project, and two public parks – address the infrastructural complexity through connectivity strategies, landscape regeneration, and metropolitan coordination. A section on public facilities includes four culture and sports centers – two libraries and two sports halls – which become civic hubs that favor social cohesion and public participation. For their part, four university buildings incorporate advanced concepts of spatial versatility, technological integration, and environmental commitment. The selection is rounded off with four works built abroad, showing how Spanish architecture continues to expand its international presence. Finally, four public proposals offer solutions to the housing affordability crisis.
