Rob Thompson is the author of Manufacturing Processes for Design Professionals. An award-winning designer, he has been involved in the development of a range of products; his contribution to academia includes teaching and research at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, London. He is currently a principal designer at Nokia. Martin Thompson has received D&AD, Campaign Press, One Show and British Lion awards for his advertising photography. He has worked on major campaigns, including Volvo, Sainsbury’s, Volkswagen, Toyota, Sharwoods and Chivas Regal. He travels worldwide as an editorial photographer.
