The book concept and design stems from Christien Meinderstma (known for the publication PIG), whom developed the book as part of the project DNA Charlois, at the request of Wandschappen. The sweaters by Loes Veenstra have been discovered by Museum Rotterdam and incorporated in an exhibition called ‘’Over leven in Carnisse’’ at Gemaal op Zuid.
