Question: I cannot find a specific product in the shop. Does this mean that this product is not available?
Answer: It may happen that a product isn’t visible on the website (yet). Adding products to the webshop is something we every day. It may happen that the item you 're interested in, seems unavailable, while it’s available in our shop. Please feel free to contact us so we can help.


Create an account

Question: Do I need to enter a VAT number when I create an account?
Answer: No this is not needed, you can create an account without filling in an VAT number. You only need to fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk and confirm it with a push on the submit button. You can find it if you scroll down, on the right.
The “validate” button only validates your VAT number.
If needed, you can always add the VAT number later in your account settings.
