The design process and research can also shed important light on what unites the three, as well as on their individuality. This book gathers together their sources of inspiration, writings, sketches, interviews and quotes. It also features an independent picture essay showing previously unpublished visual material from the designers’ archive and studio.

Emmy+Gijs+Aldo is published on the occasion of the exhibition of that name to be held at the Zuiderzeemuseum in Enkhuizen (NL) from 31 October 2010 to 29 May 2011.
