Shipping Costs
To determine shipping costs, we make a distinction between small-volume orders (standard letter post, shipped in a sturdy envelope) and large-volume orders (larger than standard letter post). In addition, we distinguish three destination zones (within the Netherlands, within the European Union and outside the European Union). This produces the following rate list:

In the event of custom shipments, such as unusually large orders, mailings or express shipments, a special rate is applied. In such cases, the rate will be discussed with the customer beforehand.
*Standard Delivery Periods
For items in stock, the following delivery periods apply:
Shipped the same day when ordered before 12 noon**
**) There are some exceptions. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, since our bookshop is closed on Monday. Orders which are placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday and orders which are placed on Sunday till noon will likely be shipped on Monday, but we can't guaruntee. You can always contact us if you need to be sure.
If an ordered item is not in stock (or not in sufficient quantity), this will be indicated when you place your order. In this event we will contact you in order to give you an appropriate estimation of the actual delivery period.
