The Architectural Map Amsterdam, which has been a great success for many years now, has been fully updated in this edition from 2009. Seven centuries of architectural history are encapsulated in the some 400 dots scattered across the Architectural Map Amsterdam. The two churches Oude Kerk and Nieuwe Kerk in the centre of Amsterdam are the oldest projects and the recently completed booster pumping stations on the city's periphery are among the most recent 'dots'.
In addition to a map of the entire city, a detailed map of the centre, a description (in English and Dutch) of Amsterdam's urbanistic development, a number index and an index of architects have also been included. Moreover, a number of projects are illustrated with stunning photographs. A must have for all devotees of architecture!
